It started with too many memories in too many places.
Where are all of our digital family memories?
Like a lot of people, I kept running out of space. My phone was full. My Google storage was filling up. My computer was running out of room. Even a terabyte backup drive eventually filled.
But the bigger problem wasn’t storage. It was that I wasn’t completely sure where all of my family’s digital memories were anymore.
THE REALIZATION
More storage wasn’t solving the problem.
I could keep buying more storage, adding another hard drive, or moving files somewhere else. But each solution seemed to create another place I had to remember and manage.
What I really wanted was a simple way to understand what I had, where it was, what was safely protected, and what might be missing.
That idea became ForEmbers.
Not simply another place to store memories. A better way to care for the ones you already have.
